How do you book?
Yay! I’m so excited at the thought of working with you and hope I’m the celebrant you’ve been looking for!
To kick things off, just drop me an email, and we’ll arrange a relaxed, no pressure chat. Here I will find out all about you and your vision for the ceremony and you can decide if I am the right celebrant for you. If I am, I’ll ask for a deposit to lock in your date and I won't take any other bookings for that day. I’ll send over some fun questions for you to work through, and we’ll meet up to map out all the awesome details of your day.
What's included in the price and what's the process?
We will get together and go wild with ideas! Anything and everything goes, we’ll cover your inspiration, plans, and anything else that comes to mind. Meanwhile, you’ll be filling out some questionnaires to help me get to know you even better.
I’m here whenever you need me, whether you’ve got questions, want help with ideas, you’ll have me in your corner the whole way through.
I’ll create a ceremony that’s full of heart, personality, and meaning. We can tweak and fine tune it together until it’s spot on, or I can keep it as a surprise for the big day, totally your call! If you're writing your own vows, I’m more than happy to help with those too.
As we get closer to the day, I’ll also check in with your venue (or anyone else who needs to be in the loop) to make sure everything runs smoothly. And when the big moment arrives, I’ll be there to deliver your ceremony with good energy, vibes and all the love.
Afterwards, you’ll receive a keepsake copy of your ceremony script so you can look back on it and relive all the best bits.

Will you travel to our ceremony?
Absolutely, I am based in Chester but I’m more than happy to travel!
If your venue is more than 35 miles from CH3 I charge 45p per mile for travel, and for venues over 2.5 hours away, there may be an accommodation fee, but we’ll chat about all the details in advance, so nothing’s a surprise.
Payments
To secure your booking and date I will need a deposit upfront (£150 for weddings). That way, your date is all locked in, and I won’t take any other bookings for that day!
The remaining balance is due a minimum of 30 days before your ceremony, and I’m more than happy to chat about payment plans to make things easier if that’s helpful.
Will it feel like a real wedding?
Yes, yes, yes! Whether you're surrounded by your nearest and dearest, sneaking away into the woods, or chilling out in your own garden, your ceremony will be a true celebration - and it’ll be as unique and personal as you are. Every detail will reflect you, creating a day that feels totally authentic and all about what matters most to you.
The legal bit
A celebrant led ceremony gives you the freedom to be yourselves, with no restrictions! You can make your ceremony as fun, personal, and meaningful as you like.
A lot of couples choose to have their legal ceremony beforehand at a Registry Office (it’s simple and quick). This way, you save all the excitement for your big day! You could even end up with two anniversaries to celebrate, how fun is that?
A legal ceremony at the Registry Office is pretty affordable — usually around £50.
How long will our ceremony last?
Good question! The length is totally up to you and what you want to include. The best part? There are no limits, just endless possibilities! So don’t stress about time.
We can chat about it, and if timing matters to you, I’m on board to make sure it fits your plans!
Can you write your own vows?
Yes, please! Writing your own vows is one of the most special parts of your day. It’s your chance to speak from the heart — funny, sweet, heartfelt, or all of the above. Don’t worry, I’m here to help to make the whole process as smooth as possible.
