Is an elopement legal?

The celebration itself is symbolic, the legal paperwork is completed separately at your local register office. Many couples do this before or after their elopement.

Can we keep it completely private?

Absolutely. I’ve officiated elopements with no guests at all, just the couple, the landscape and the moment.

Can you help us choose a location?

Yes. If you need inspiration in the North West or North Wales, I can suggest beautiful outdoor spots, secluded areas and scenic venues perfect for an intimate ceremony.

How long does an elopement ceremony last?

Usually around 20 minutes, depending on what you include.
